By accessing and using Flowik, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Flowik reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Flowik following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Flowik solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of Flowik. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, obscene or offensive language or imagery, and disruption of the normal flow of dialogue within Flowik's community forums.

You warrant that all information you provide in creating an account is accurate and complete. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain accuracy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Flowik, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Flowik or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation, arrangement, and assembly of all content on Flowik is the exclusive property of Flowik.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Flowik. By submitting content, you grant Flowik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting Flowik.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) access or use Flowik for any unauthorized purpose; (b) transmit any harmful or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Flowik's systems; (d) use Flowik's content for commercial purposes without permission; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Flowik; (f) harvest or collect data from Flowik without permission; or (g) interfere with the operation of Flowik.

Flowik is provided on an "as is" basis. Flowik makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Flowik, even if Flowik has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination & Governing Law

Flowik may terminate or suspend your account and access to Flowik at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you in these terms immediately cease, but your data remains yours.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
